Roster Shift Replacement

Roster Shift Replacement is now available in Ops & Safety Suite
Filling an unexpected gap in your roster just got faster. When a crew member goes on leave or calls in sick, Roster Shift Replacement suggests suitable personnel to cover the shift directly from the roster screen, automatically accounting for conflicts and required qualifications. No more navigating across multiple pages or modules to work out who can step in. Once you select from the recommendations, the system prompts those crew members by email to log in and confirm their availability, then shows you exactly who has accepted so you can make the final call with confidence.
Built for operations with complex rostering rules around recency and work practices, this feature helps you keep crewing levels covered without the manual guesswork. The benefits for your team:

Equipment Register

Managing base equipment has historically meant workarounds in modules that weren't built for the job. The new Equipment Register is a dedicated module designed specifically for tracking equipment across your bases, including serial numbers, ownership, and inspection history. Barcode scanning enables quick lookups and inspection initiation in the field, and automated scheduling ensures inspections don't fall through the cracks. The Equipment Register is currently in its final client feedback phase and will be available for general release soon.

Active Duty Graph

Pilots on call need to know their regulatory status at a glance, not after digging through logbooks or spreadsheets. The new Active Duty Graph displays a pilot's duty hours against their rolling regulatory limits directly in their profile, making it immediately clear whether they're available for a flight. Admins can configure the applicable limits in setup, ensuring every pilot sees a consistent, accurate view. This feature is currently available in the new view.

Touring Recency

Managing base-specific recency requirements has traditionally meant juggling individual visibility settings or dealing with irrelevant breaches in rosters and timesheets. With our latest update, Recency can now be tied directly to specific bases. This means recency requirements will only apply when staff are touring at those bases, and rostering teams will receive a warning if they attempt to assign someone without the required current recency. This enhancement makes it easier for Admins to track base-specific licenses and qualifications, reducing unnecessary noise and eliminating the need for manual micromanagement.
