The new Ops Suite iPad app is a modern, faster, more reliable Electronic Flight Bag built specifically for the demands of Part 135 and Helicopter Air Ambulance operations — every workflow pilots run every day, redesigned in a brand-new codebase and UI, while preserving the same trusted operational logic pilots already rely on.
Built for line pilots in Part 135 charter and HAA/EMS operations, along with Chief Pilots and Pilot Supervisors who need visibility across crews, bases, and compliance, the new app carries pilots through their full day — Duty In, Dashboard, Flight Request, Manifest, Weight & Balance, Equipment, Risk Form, Close Flight, Duty Out — and is offline-first by design, so pilots can keep working at remote bases without connectivity and everything syncs the moment they're back in range. Chat updates now appear more reliably without needing a manual refresh. For teams running both Ops Suite and Dispatch Pro, flight request conversations can now be shared between the two platforms, keeping dispatchers and OCC teams in sync without duplicate communication. A new warning now flags when a fuel burn line crosses outside the CG envelope. Route and stop information populates more reliably when linking OCC requests to pilot manifests, and a new clear action on station fields matches the existing iPad experience.

IFR and instrument time reporting accuracy has been improved, along with fixes for timezone-related currency due date shifts and end-of-month edge cases. New reporting options let teams track total patient flights by pilot and medical crew, and inactive pilots can now be excluded from summary reports.

These updates apply to Ops Suite's built-in Maintenance Module and do not affect third-party maintenance integrations.
The Short Term Due List now supports a printable output to support quicker maintenance planning and review. Status Sheet and ASR print layouts have been updated with improved headers and formatting for better readability across pages. Journal "Next Due" calculations now offer more flexible options for date-based inspections, and history views provide clearer auditability — showing who changed what and when — for inspection and maintenance records. Notes and attachments associated with maintenance journal actions are also now more consistently retained and visible.
