HubSpot: HubSpot is utilized for customer relationship management (CRM) purposes, facilitating efficient communication and support services, as well as for sales and marketing purposes. The lawful basis for processing is consent and performance of a contract.
AWS (Amazon Web Services): The company leverages AWS for cloud computing services, data storage, and infrastructure support. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Azure: The company utilizes Azure services for cloud computing, hosting, and other related infrastructure requirements. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Heroku: The company utilizes Heroku for data storage, enabling scalable and reliable performance of our FV Transport application. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Plivo: The company uses Plivo for communication services, specifically SMS services, to enhance communication for customers from our FV CAD. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Microsoft: The company relies on Microsoft products and services for various business operations and productivity needs. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Sophos: The company utilizes Sophos for cybersecurity solutions and threat detection. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
SentinelOne: The company utilizes SentinelOne for endpoint protection. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
WatchGuard: The company employs WatchGuard for network security and firewall solutions to safeguard our systems and data. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
NinjaOne: The company utilizes NinjaOne for remote monitoring and management of IT systems, enhancing our technical support capabilities. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Zendesk: The company utilizes Zendesk for our customer support portal. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Request Retention
A record of all consumer requests shall be maintained for at least twenty-four (24) months and shall include the following elements:

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Some of our Services support operational workflows for medical transport, emergency response, and related services. In these contexts, personal data relating to children may be processed as part of providing the Services to our customers.
