May was a big month for customer connections, with our team out in the field learning firsthand how our software supports critical operations around the globe.
May was a big month for customer connections, with our team out in the field learning firsthand how our software supports critical operations around the globe.
In Utah, Krister, James, Kelsey, and Brad visited Intermountain Health – Life Flight, the largest non-profit medical transport provider in the U.S. From rapid-response helicopters to specialized ground units, their mission is all about delivering lifesaving care with speed and precision. It was incredibly rewarding to see how our CAD and Operations modules are integrated into their workflows - and even more meaningful to hear directly from the teams who rely on them every day. A special thanks to Dana Byrd, Air and Ground Communications Director, for the warm welcome and support throughout the visit.
Meanwhile, across the Pacific, Nina Wedding spent the week onsite with PNG Air in Papua New Guinea. Over three days, she led training sessions for 35-40 staff, covering critical systems that help PNG Air maintain safety and efficiency across one of the world’s most rugged aviation environments. The enthusiasm in the room was undeniable, and the team’s commitment to continuous improvement was inspiring. Huge thanks to Nemani Batau, Rita Kalogo, and Ahmad Maulana Howard for making the visit such a success.
Whether in the mountains of Utah or the islands of Papua New Guinea, these onsite visits remind us why we do what we do - and how essential it is to stay connected with the people we serve.
